Diane Neslund, an Arizona native, is Founder & CEO of Distinctive Showcase Properties and Distintive Interiors and Design with a proven professional reputation.

She has developed her business acumen and artistic design talent through 20 years of real estate experience and her life growing up within the luxury home builders’ business. Ten years ago she merged two separate worlds of endeavor embued with new passion to become the leader of her new world of Turnkey Properties. Her vast inventory of furnishings and accessories provide a wonderful opportunity for her clients introducing a new concept built on blending quality, distinction and character to create a distinctive personality for every home. Due to Diane’s recognition for the need of innovative luxury estate marketing she discovered the ultimate formula for successful real estate sales in today’s challenging economy

Diane also continues to be available as a source to the media for interviews on home staging for homes and interior decorating, as well as buying and selling homes for profit.

Basic to her success is her desire to be first with the latest technology and offer her world of knowledge to her clientele.

Gary Dorward, Designated Broker for Distinctive Showcase Properties, has over thirty-years of real-estate experience beginning with the construction and selling of a 350 home project he entered into with his father. This well known subdivision is the site of Lincoln View Homes located at the base of picturesque Squaw Peak.

After closing out this project, Gary continued in residential sales with Ed Post Realty, branching out to commercial sales including property management of regional shopping centers and office buildings. Gary’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident throughout his entire career.

Graduating with a B.A. in Business Administration, he was the founder of South West Auto Rental located near Sky Harbor Airport which he sold eleven years later to one of Arizona’s most progressive auto rental companies.

Tanya Boruch is a native of Arizona. She offers great insight into the growth of the Valley and its many attractions. She has been a licensed Arizona REALTOR® since 2003 and specializes in the listing and sales of luxury estates and high rise condominiums in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and the East Valley.
