Diane Neslund, an Arizona native, is Founder & CEO of Distinctive Showcase Properties and Distintive Interiors and Design with a proven professional reputation.

She has developed her business acumen and artistic design talent through 20 years of real estate experience and her life growing up within the luxury home builders’ business. Ten years ago she merged two separate worlds of endeavor embued with new passion to become the leader of her new world of Turnkey Properties. Her vast inventory of furnishings and accessories provide a wonderful opportunity for her clients introducing a new concept built on blending quality, distinction and character to create a distinctive personality for every home. Due to Diane’s recognition for the need of innovative luxury estate marketing she discovered the ultimate formula for successful real estate sales in today’s challenging economy

Diane also continues to be available as a source to the media for interviews on home staging for homes and interior decorating, as well as buying and selling homes for profit.

Jennifer Connell, Team Lead, has been in Arizona since 2002. She has been involved in the Luxury Real Estate market since 2003.

She moved from the city of Chicago where she was a former Fortune 500 small business franchise owner of a Merry Maids by ServiceMaster. While owning and operating the franchise, she brought her business into the Top 10 out of 1000 existing franchises by the third year for growth. She achieved this by developing long term relationships with customers, employees, and the home office support team through diligent communication efforts to grow a stronger business.
